How to survive high school

"There is nothing that happens in high school that can UNmake who you are."

How I did it: I got involved with at least ONE extra curricular activity. In my case, it was the marching band. Senior year, I joined choir and drama as well. Due to those 3, 98% of my friends were worthwhile people whom I could count on to help me get through ANYTHING. Especially in the case of Band: you mess with one of them, you mess with ALL of them.

Lessons & tips: 1. If you have a dream, don't let ANYONE tell you "You can't"

2. It gets better. Don't believe the line "These are the best years of your life."

Resources: The resources that helped me were my friends and family. Period.

It took me 4 years.

It made me proud
